Appointment Policy

91 South Appointment Notice


Your appointment is very important to us. We make every effort to schedule you at the most convenient time.  



We allocate your appointment time especially for you. Because time is valuable, we require 48 hours’ notice if you have to change or cancel an appointment. If you do not notify us in a timely manner, we will request a $50 fee to help compensate for your stylist’s lost time.



Appointments requiring large blocks of time

When a time consuming appointment is scheduled, we will take a $50 deposit on your credit card to hold your appointment. If you do not keep your appointment or do not cancel in a timely manner, we reserve the right to compensate your stylist for the lost time.


New clients to 91 South Salon  

When a new client reserves an appointment, we  make every effort to have your visit be a pleasant and memorable experience. We schedule sufficient time in order to complete your service. Please understand that our time is valuable and we will require a 50% deposit at the time of your booking.
