Policies/Cancellations

New client

When booking as a new client we want to ensure that we book enough time to have a thorough consulation to discuss your wants and needs.

We schedule new clients with extra time to make sure that all that can be discussed before starting your services. 

Please understand that our time is valuable and upon making an appointment a deposit or card on file will be required at the time of booking.

If you choose to leave a deposit and fail to follow our cancellation policy you will lose your deposit.

 

Credit Card

91 South Salon will securely keep your card on file. If you're not present for your appointment or do not follow our

cancellation policy stated below we will then charge your card for 50% of your scheduled services. We appreciate your cooperation

and understanding. We look forward to seeing you in our chair!

Cancellations

We allocate your appointment time especially for you. Because time is valuable, we require 48 hours’ notice if you have to change or

cancel any appointment. If you do not notify us in a the time required we will charge your card on file. If you chose to leave a deposit as a new client, then the deposit is lost and upon making a new appointment we require a card on file for the future.
